Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Custom badge reels may require additional processing time — current turnaround will be noted on the product page.
Shipping Times We ship from the United States. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Domestic (US): 3–7 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We'll make it right.
